Interior and exterior home-condition observations, seasonal concerns, visible maintenance issues, and follow-up documentation.

Seasonal household tasks, minor exterior maintenance, and other qualifying services.
Family Home Oversight
Scheduled visits, written summaries, approved photographs, issue tracking, and communication with authorized family contacts.

Plans that keep the home up over time
If you would rather not think about maintenance until something is wrong, a membership puts us on a regular schedule so small things stay small. Each level includes everything in the level below it, and the more frequent schedule replaces the less frequent one. There is no annual contract, no time limit on a visit, and no cap on the covered routine tasks we handle. Complete Home Stewardship also includes professional lawn care and routine maintenance supplies.

We look after the home. Decisions about how someone lives in it stay with them, and with the family they choose to involve.
Clear about what we are not
We are not a home health agency, a caregiving service, an emergency responder, or a licensed home inspection company.
When we visit, we work through the tasks we agreed on, look over the home inside and out, and tell you what we found. If something needs a licensed professional, we identify it clearly so you can decide how to proceed.
For Adult Children
Helping Mom or Dad should not require you to manage every repair from across town, or out of state.
If you live an hour away, or three states away, you cannot be there to check the gutters or tighten a loose railing every month. We can.
