Family Peace of Mind
$329/month · Every two weeks
Biweekly home oversight, maintenance support, and family reporting.

$799/month · Weekly
Weekly home stewardship, proactive issue tracking, contractor coordination, family communication, and priority business-hours phone and text support.
- One scheduled home visit every week.
- Basic property oversight during regular scheduled visits while the homeowner is traveling.
- Written update after every visit, with photos when appropriate.
- Proactive issue tracking with recommendations categorized as Needs Attention Now, Needs Attention Soon, and Keep an Eye On.
- Coordination and tracking of contractor appointments, repair estimates, and completed work.
- Priority business-hours phone and text communication, with optional after-hours message submission.
Best for families who want one dependable point of contact helping manage routine home upkeep every week, especially those who live farther away or who no longer want to manage multiple vendors.
Honest Guidance
Not every family needs the highest plan
We will not push you toward the more expensive option if it is more than you need.
If you want someone checking on the home and handling routine maintenance a couple of times a month, with updates sent to you, Family Peace of Mind is often the right fit.
If you want one company handling weekly maintenance, professional lawn care, contractor coordination, and priority business-hours communication so you do not have to manage multiple providers yourself, Complete Home Stewardship may be worth it. It is the only plan that includes lawn care and routine maintenance supplies in the monthly price.

Whether they have moved in with family, transitioned to assisted living, or are away from the home for an extended period, we provide ongoing home oversight and routine maintenance so the property is not left unattended.
What a Visit Involves
What actually happens when we come to the home
No surprises. Here is the shape of a typical scheduled visit.
During the visit
- We arrive at the scheduled time and work through the agreed tasks.
- We walk the interior and exterior to note home-condition concerns.
- We check the things that are easy to forget, like filters and detectors.
- We tell the homeowner what we did, and anything we think deserves attention.
After the visit
- A written summary of what was done and what was observed.
- Photographs when they help explain something, and when it is appropriate to share them.
- Maintenance concerns noted, each with a recommended next step.
- Anything that needs a licensed professional identified clearly, so you can decide how to proceed.
The homeowner stays in charge
The homeowner decides what work is done and who can see information about the home. We do not share home details, visit summaries, or photographs with another family member, and we do not provide property access to anyone, without the homeowner's consent and authorization. If you are arranging service for a parent, our request form asks about that authorization so it is clear from the start.
A note on how we talk about this
We do not use guilt to sell this service. Your parent is an adult who has run their own household for decades. We are there to support their independence, not to report on them or take decisions out of their hands.
We monitor the home and maintenance conditions, not a person's health. If a health concern comes up, we will encourage you to involve the right health care professional.
