Two Plans for Families
Family Peace of Mind vs. Complete Home Stewardship
Both plans serve families, but they are different categories of service. Here is the honest distinction.
Family Peace of Mind
$345 per month · Every two weeks
Biweekly home oversight, maintenance support, and family reporting.
- One scheduled visit approximately every two weeks.
- Up to about 75 minutes of routine maintenance labor per visit.
- Interior walk-through and exterior walk-around.
- Written visit summary and photos when helpful.
- Updates to an authorized family member when approved by the homeowner.
- Identification of work that may need a licensed professional.
Best for families who want someone checking on and helping maintain a loved one's home about every two weeks, without taking on full home stewardship.
Complete Home Stewardship
$876 per month · Weekly
Weekly home stewardship, routine lawn care, proactive issue tracking, family communication, vendor coordination, and 24/7 priority phone support.
- One scheduled home visit every week.
- Up to about 90 minutes of routine maintenance labor per visit.
- Routine lawn care on properties up to about one acre.
- Written update after every visit, with photos when appropriate.
- Proactive issue tracking with recommendations categorized as Needs Attention Now, Needs Attention Soon, and Keep an Eye On.
- Help coordinating outside service providers.
- 24/7 priority phone support for urgent home-related concerns.
Best for families who want one dependable point of contact helping manage routine home upkeep every week, especially those who live farther away or who no longer want to manage multiple vendors.
Honest Guidance
Not every family needs the highest plan
Following They Ask, You Answer, we will not push you toward the more expensive option if it is more than you need.
If you want someone checking on the home and handling routine maintenance a couple of times a month, with updates sent to you, Family Peace of Mind is often the right fit.
If you want one company handling weekly oversight, routine lawn care, vendor coordination, and priority phone support so you do not have to manage multiple providers yourself, Complete Home Stewardship may be worth it.

You live out of town
You cannot drive over every weekend to check the house, and you want someone nearby who can.

If your parent is no longer living in the home, we can also help keep the property maintained, checked, and cared for. Whether they have moved in with family, transitioned to assisted living, or are away from the home for an extended period, we provide ongoing home oversight and routine maintenance so the property is not left unattended.
A note on how we talk about this
We do not use guilt to sell this service. Your parent is an adult who has run their own household for decades. We are there to support their independence, not to report on them or take decisions out of their hands.
We monitor the home and maintenance conditions, not a person's health. If a health concern comes up, we will encourage you to involve the right health care professional.
