A Home Independence Assessment is a practical home maintenance and safety review. It is not a professional home inspection, engineering inspection, medical evaluation, occupational therapy assessment, code inspection, or a guarantee that a property is free from hazards.
The assessment is optional. You are not required to purchase it before joining a membership or requesting a one-time maintenance visit. A membership visit is a routine home-condition observation, and this assessment is the more detailed walk-through. If you would rather just talk it through first, call us and we will have a free initial conversation about whether a membership fits your situation.
