Our Services
Practical home maintenance, safety, and aging in place support
We do the routine work that keeps a home safe and comfortable, and we are honest about where our work ends and a licensed professional's work begins. Every category below explains how you can get it and what it costs to ask.
Five Categories of Help
What we do around the home
Each category lists the kinds of tasks it covers. If your job is not on a list, ask us anyway. We would rather tell you honestly whether it is something we handle.

How Our Work Is Organized
Five kinds of work, and which one you are asking for
Not everything we do works the same way. This is the plain version of what is covered, what is quoted, and what we leave to someone else.
Included with a membership
Scheduled visits, the routine maintenance and observations listed on your plan, written visit summaries, and the scheduling priority your plan carries. The monthly fee covers this work. Complete Home Stewardship also includes professional lawn care and standard routine maintenance supplies in the same price.
One-time work
A single visit for a specific task, safety concern, seasonal job, or home check. No membership and no recurring commitment. Ask for a quote and we will respond with pricing before anything is scheduled.
Separately quoted work
Work that goes beyond routine maintenance is quoted before it begins, so you are never surprised by a charge. On Complete Home Stewardship, standard routine maintenance supplies and covered professional lawn care are already included in the monthly price.
Third-party services
Jobs that need a licensed electrician, plumber, HVAC technician, roofer, or other specialist. We do not perform that work, but we can identify it clearly and help coordinate the right provider. Their invoices are separate from anything you pay us.
Excluded services
Work we do not do at all, listed below. Being clear about this protects you, and it means we will never take on a job we are not qualified or authorized to complete.
Excluded services, in full
We do not provide any of the following. If a job needs a licensed professional, we will tell you rather than attempt it ourselves.
- Medical care
- Medication management
- Bathing or personal care
- Skilled nursing
- Physical therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Major construction
- Structural engineering
- Electrical work requiring a licensed electrician
- Plumbing work requiring a licensed plumber
- HVAC work requiring a licensed technician
- Roof replacement
- Major tree removal
- Major remodeling
- Emergency medical response
Licensed professionals may be recommended or coordinated with where appropriate. We do not claim ADA compliance for a project unless that specific project actually complies.

Tell us what you need, and we will price it
We do not publish a price list for one-time work, because two jobs that sound alike can take very different amounts of time. Describe yours and we will come back with a real number.
- No membership required to ask.
- No assessment purchase required to ask.
- We tell you if the job is outside what we do.
- If a licensed professional is needed, we say so and can help coordinate.
- Nothing is scheduled until you have the price and agree to it.
Prefer a plan instead of a one-off?
Memberships put us on a regular schedule so routine maintenance stops being a list you have to remember.
